How it works
Scope it in one call
We agree on exactly one system and exactly what done means. If it does not fit in two weeks, I say so on that call rather than three weeks in.
I build it
Two weeks, with something you can look at partway through. You are not waiting until the end to find out what I understood.
Handoff
It goes live on your accounts, I walk you through operating it, and the balance is due. There is no retainer waiting on the other side of it.

Questions
- What counts as one system?
- An intake flow that captures and routes enquiries. A client portal that shows customers their own information. An automation that moves work between the tools you already pay for. If you are not sure yours fits, the scoping call is free and I will tell you either way.
- What if it takes longer than two weeks?
- That is my problem, not a change order. The price is fixed and so is the window. The way I protect that is by scoping hard on the first call and saying no to anything that will not fit.
- Who owns it at the end?
- You do. It is built on accounts in your name, on your cards. You can keep me on to operate it or you can never speak to me again, and both of those work.
- Do you need access to our systems?
- Usually to one or two of them, and only the ones the system has to talk to. We agree on exactly which on the scoping call, before any money changes hands.
- Can you just tell me if it is possible?
- Yes, and that is what the call is for. If what you want is not a two-week job, I will say that instead of selling you a sprint that will not finish.
