This is the talk I gave on it
On September 19, 2026 I gave the keynote at Tech Alley Las Vegas: The New Word of Mouth — How to Get Found, Trusted, and Chosen in the AI Era. The argument was that the referral has been automated: customers used to ask someone they knew which company to call, and now they ask a model, which answers out of whatever it can verify about a business across the open web. This audit is that talk, applied to your business.

Questions
- How is this different from an SEO audit?
- An SEO audit asks where you rank on a page of results. This asks whether a model can say who you are with enough confidence to recommend you at all. A system built to avoid being wrong routes around contradictions instead of resolving them, so being accurately known matters more than being ranked.
- What do I actually receive?
- A graded report on six categories of entity signal, every contradiction found and where it appears, the root causes behind them, a prioritized repair list, and a call where I walk you through all of it.
- Can I just run the free tool myself?
- You can run Entity Auditor and see the grades and the counts. What the $750 buys is the paid report plus me: interpreting it for your business, finding the root cause behind each grade, and telling you what to do first.
- Do you fix the problems too?
- Not in the $750. The audit ends with a list anyone competent can work from. If you would rather I did the repairs, that is a separate conversation and I will quote it after you have the report.
- How long does it take?
